Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on an in-depth understanding of each client's needs and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and providing timely documentation through our intuitive therapist portal.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds will be essential in facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships and fostering personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC within the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n
