Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while ensuring patient confidentiality through a private workspace. Our therapists utilize telehealth methods to conduct therapy sessions and engage with clients in real-time. This setting fosters flexibility, as you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule within standard hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of on-call work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrative care and holistic client support.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families to promote understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with local and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened clients who are stable and showing low acuity, which allows you to concentrate on providing therapeutic support without the pressure of crisis management. Your caseload may include adolescents navigating developmental challenges or young adults facing transitional issues, ensuring a meaningful connection and positive therapeutic impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Strong computer proficiency to navigate digital platforms such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Calm Spring Counseling Group offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
