Marvelous Counseling Services is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This full-time remote role allows you to contribute to the mental health landscape while enjoying the flexibility that comes with telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of modalities, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to the client.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with potential mobility or transportation issues.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation to comply with ethical standards and facilitate effective treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions and workshops to improve therapeutic skills.

Marvelous Counseling Services primarily serves a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While we prioritize candidates with relevant licensure and education, additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities (such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse treatment) will be considered an asset. A demonstrated commitment to continuous growth in clinical practice through workshops or certifications will also be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Marvelous Counseling Services offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
