Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Acuity, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement customized therapeutic plans for clients.

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of each client's mental health status, ensuring accurate observations and documentation of progress.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that suit the treatment needs of your clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and support in situations of acute distress, effectively managing any emergencies that may arise.
\n
• Advocating for the needs of your clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
\n
• Maintaining timely and precise documentation in accordance with department standards and regulatory requirements, with all notes reflecting client progress toward treatment goals.

• Participating actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for the betterment of client care.

• Implementing proper time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage your caseload effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide critical mental health services to individuals, couples, and families within the community who face a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice as a therapist in California—candidates must possess one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
