Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to analyze client conditions and identify treatment needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly trauma-informed methodologies that focus on healing and empowerment.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and improve overall patient outcomes.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessment notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Assume responsibility for a designated caseload while prioritizing client safety and providing crisis intervention services as required.

Qualifications\n
