Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Deliver compassionate individual therapy sessions remotely, maintaining engagement and rapport with clients.

• Monitor client progress throughout their therapeutic journey and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
