Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, where applicable, group therapy, family, or couples counseling sessions, utilizing your expertise to promote healing and growth.

• Administer mental health screenings and psychological assessments to accurately identify treatment requirements and progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and ethics.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on therapeutic techniques and best practices within mental health care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and couples facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to cultivate trusting relationships will be crucial in guiding clients toward personal development and emotional resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in mental health counseling, especially those pertaining to individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
