Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand and diagnose clients’ mental health needs accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and relational therapy.

• Set therapeutic goals and continually monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services, making therapy more accessible for clients with scheduling challenges or mobility issues.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive compensation range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
