Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are effective and aligned with clients' goals, documenting progress within our intuitive therapist platform.

• Facilitate therapeutic dialogues that help clients gain valuable insights into their emotional experiences, feelings, and relational dynamics.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, helping them build resilience and healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be supporting a diverse client population of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. The focus will be on empowering clients through skill development and improvement of their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against them.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, alongside an empathetic and supportive nature.

• Proficient computer skills, ensuring effective use of our telehealth platform and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with various mental health treatment modalities will be beneficial. A background in working with adult clients will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
