Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients and create tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to address common mental health challenges, empowering patients through shared experiences and knowledge.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate patients about their conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources to support their journey toward mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Your expertise as a licensed therapist will enable you to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and foster inclusive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches, with the ability to conduct mental health assessments and implement effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.
