Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and management to clients in urgent situations, demonstrating quick decision-making and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, case managers, and administrative staff, to enhance treatment efficacy and support holistic care.

• Lead and provide clinical supervision to junior staff and interns, ensuring adherence to ethical practices and quality standards in treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment efficacy, and administrative tasks using our secure electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, you will engage with clients of various socioeconomic backgrounds and life experiences, providing culturally competent care that respects and understands their individual circumstances. You will also be addressing co-occurring issues such as homelessness and PTSD which require sensitivity and specialized therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the State of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing mental health services, particularly in crisis management.

• Strong understanding of addiction issues and their interplay with psychological health.

• Demonstrated knowledge of co-occurring disorders, including trauma, homelessness, and PTSD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
