Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services across modalities—whether individual, group, or family therapy—utilizing practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to effectively address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care through regular team meetings and joint case consultations.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and appropriate safety measures during emergencies.

• Engage actively in community outreach and education initiatives, aiming to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in fields related to Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
