Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, enabling you to deliver high-quality telehealth services while working from home. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within defined working hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call duties. To ensure confidentiality and professionalism, all therapists must maintain a dedicated and private workspace, with reliable internet access.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based care through live video therapy sessions with individual adults, utilizing proven methods and therapeutic techniques to foster client growth.

• Collaborate meticulously with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address patient needs holistically.

• Utilize systematically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client improvements and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending team meetings and receiving consultation from colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.

As a therapist at Lightheaded Counseling, you will primarily work with adult clients seeking help for a variety of mental health challenges. Your empathetic approach and active engagement skills will be crucial in building trust and rapport, enabling clients to fully participate in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential for this position.

• Two years of experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth setting, is mandatory.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in using technological tools such as the Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical to conveying ideas clearly and effectively with clients.

• A professional demeanor and appearance are expected at all times, alongside warm and empathetic engagement skills that foster strong client relationships.
