Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges, history, and goals.

• Create detailed treatment plans that incorporate tailored modalities, ensuring personalized care is at the forefront of that plan.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt and enhance treatment strategies.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring that care remains accessible and effective.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to ethical standards regarding client privacy and care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, your client base will include individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. You will have the autonomy to explore various therapeutic modalities to best fit each client’s needs, enabling you to deliver truly individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on individual therapy. Experience working with teletherapy platforms is a plus, as we fully support virtual therapy sessions. Familiarity with documentation systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
