Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Conscious Growths, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, groups, and families to determine appropriate intervention strategies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing vital patient information and updates during scheduled meetings and documentation processes.

• Manage a caseload, providing timely and competent care while adhering to ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and documentation requirements.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions to address the psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Provide case management by coordinating with hospitals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for assigned patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
