Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and objectives.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records using our secure, user-friendly therapist portal, which enhances the documentation process.

• Demonstrate expertise in applied behavior analysis techniques to effectively support clients facing behavioral challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapist will engage with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families who face a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, the therapist will help clients navigate their difficulties, ultimately enhancing their emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, supported by either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.

• Active California state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
