While your primary hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure in the state of California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficient understanding and ability to address the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals in a clinical setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
