Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a diverse array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation through electronic medical records systems, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and team discussions to stay informed about innovative therapeutic techniques and best practices.

• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing clinical services and improving patient outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients from diverse backgrounds who are coping with emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license or certification in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Basic proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans in a telehealth environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
