Key Responsibilities\n

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping by maintaining accurate and confidential electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse client base, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. You will adapt your approach to suit the unique backgrounds and needs of your clients, ensuring that each therapeutic relationship is grounded in trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience providing mental health counseling services to individuals across various demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing remote therapeutic services, as well as knowledge in child, adolescent, and adult development, co-occurring disorders, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Experience working effectively with a diverse clientele, showcasing an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.

• Preferred certifications in specialized areas such as DBT, CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), Military and Trauma Certifications, or LSATP (Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
