Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client roster consisting of adults who are stable and low-acuity. Clients come from various backgrounds and present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide them through their mental health journeys, equipping them with the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license is required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills to effectively utilize virtual communication platforms and maintain client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, comprehensive health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off to support work-life balance.
