Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with Northwestern Health System, you will work with a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
