Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health status and identify treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for shared experiences and peer interactions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and medical doctors, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
