Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass:

• Providing comprehensive clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conducting regular assessments of clients’ treatment needs and modifying plans as necessary to reflect progress or changing circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
