Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailor-made for your clients, focusing on their specific needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions—individual, group, or family therapy—using a variety of therapeutic modalities suitable for different patient populations.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Uphold strict confidentiality in managing client records and adhere to ethical guidelines throughout the therapeutic process.

• Establish collaborative relationships with community resources, facilitating referrals and providing clients with comprehensive access to additional support.

• Maintain clear and thorough communication with clients and team members to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Your expertise will support individuals from all walks of life, emphasizing inclusivity and cultural competency in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• At least 3 years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services across the lifespan.

• Proven ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear expression and understanding in therapeutic interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
