Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and formulate individualized treatment plans, ensuring each plan aligns with specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to offer engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions. For example, apply cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients reframe negative thought patterns.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness and outcome quality.

• Coordinate care with additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellbeing.

Qualifications\n
