Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual consultations, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, delivering both individual and group therapy that employs evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s cultural background.

• Offer appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, for medication evaluation when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
