Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Fusion Mind Counseling, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Delivering individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting each approach to fit the individual client’s preferences and therapeutic goals.

• Setting measurable therapeutic goals with clients and tracking their progress throughout the treatment process to ensure effectiveness.

• Providing teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may have accessibility challenges or who prefer virtual sessions, making your services available to a broader audience.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our client base is diverse, encompassing adults from different backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards client experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to successfully manage caseloads and therapy appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or specialized areas such as addiction counseling will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial for maintaining client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
