Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who require virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who may face challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain compliant and accurate documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
