Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using our telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs and therapy goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.

• Document session notes and progress in client files while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with through our platform have been thoroughly screened, ensuring that they present with stability and low acuity. As a licensed therapist, you will have the option to select up to three client demographics that align with your expertise, thus allowing you to focus on working with populations that you are passionate about.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must hold an independently licensed status in California; applicants must possess one of the following certifications:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist

• A functional cell phone and operational computer with reliable internet access.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

South Pine Counseling Center offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon hours worked. Additionally, we provide a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly stipend to assist with medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time therapists.
