Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand your clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic techniques suited to the client’s specific situation.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, adapting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy options effectively, employing technology to foster connectivity and support those who experience barriers to in-person services.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through these difficulties, providing them with the tools and support necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
