Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that are critical to understanding clients' mental health status and concerns, including history-taking and psychosocial evaluations.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and specific needs using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and evaluating their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions, utilizing secure digital platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations, catering to clients who may struggle with in-person visits.

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in line with ethical guidelines and billing requirements, reflecting our practice’s dedication to professionalism.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to stay updated with the latest best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele with varying backgrounds and mental health issues, ranging from adults experiencing anxiety and depression to those working through significant life trauma. Your empathetic and client-centered approach will be instrumental in fostering trust and rapport, aiding in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
