Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to enjoy the flexibility of managing their own schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, giving you the freedom to conduct sessions at times that are convenient for both you and your clients. With no on-call responsibilities, you can focus solely on providing quality therapeutic services without interruptions. As a telehealth position, you will utilize secure video chat platforms to connect with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients through video conferencing tools, engaging them in meaningful conversations that promote self-discovery and healing.

• Facilitate discussions about emotions, experiences, and challenges to help clients gain insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in setting and achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through thorough evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and a solution-focused approach.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback to ensure effective outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals to enhance treatment efforts and share resources, contributing to a cohesive care strategy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity adults who are experiencing various mental health needs. Our client population is diverse, and the issues they face may range from anxiety and depression to more general life challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting these individuals in developing coping skills, improving interpersonal relationships, and achieving personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and independent licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
