Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and specific treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are family-centered and culturally attuned, incorporating the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

• Provide outpatient therapeutic services, including individual and family counseling sessions, employing trauma-informed techniques to facilitate growth and healing.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and case coordinators, ensuring a holistic approach to care and resource utilization.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required paperwork according to program and regulatory standards.

• Carry and manage a caseload that aligns with organizational priorities, providing crisis intervention support as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
