Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health needs through evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults who experience a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges. The target demographic consists mostly of stable clients who require support but do not present as high-acuity cases. This allows for a therapeutic approach that emphasizes skills development and practical solutions while also providing emotional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology, ensuring seamless virtual communication with clients.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities for formulating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and the number of hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, our full-time therapists are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
