Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using advanced video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, focusing on their unique needs to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidenced-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to effectively address client concerns.

• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and evidence-based coping strategies enabling clients to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—physicians, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to remain informed on current trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each presenting distinctive mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Understanding developmental psychology and cultural competency are crucial, as you will tailor therapeutic approaches to fit the needs of a varied clientele, creating a safe space for them to process their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing remote services and familiarity with evidence-based counseling methods and crisis intervention techniques.

• Experience working with varied and multicultural populations, displaying cultural humility and adaptability in approaches.

• Certifications in specialized areas such as DBT, CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), or experience with military and trauma therapy are advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually , reflecting your experience and caseload.
