Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while utilizing our outpatient office capabilities to enhance client engagement. Our collaborative virtual environment supports flexible working hours, ensuring that you can adjust your schedule based on patient needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Typically, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients through virtual sessions, applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health challenges.

• Maintain secure and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient interactions are documented with precision.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, participating in regular case consultations to discuss complex cases and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide educational support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and treatment options while connecting them with essential community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is essential.
