Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical interviews and assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is personalized and effective.

• Expertly manage psychiatric emergencies, applying diagnostic skills and various therapeutic methods suited to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Utilize adult psychology principles and adhere to patient rights and legal regulations while developing treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate assessments of clients' mental health status using established diagnostic criteria and create effective treatment plans tailored for each patient.

• Analyze crises and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine suitable treatments or referrals, always maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Assess patients for medication referrals in conjunction with ongoing progress evaluations to ensure comprehensive care.

• Facilitate the intake process by gathering thorough patient and family histories while providing crisis intervention and managing referrals.

• Participate in case reviews with multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment strategies and client progress, contributing to our collective mission of improving mental health outcomes.

• Develop individual and group treatment plans to address a wide range of mental, emotional, and family disorders.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust clinical treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your work will significantly impact their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• An active professional license to practice as a mental health therapist in the United States.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, along with a signing bonus of $3,000.
