Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, providing therapeutic support and guidance based on their treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes that reflect each patient’s journey towards their therapeutic goals, ensuring compliance with department standards.

• Assist patients in crisis situations, demonstrating effective crisis management strategies and appropriate intervention techniques.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide a coordinated approach to patient care, sharing observations and insights about patient behavior.

• Educate and orient patients and their families on treatment protocols and the therapeutic process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
