Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs during initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client goals, utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Encourage open dialogue in individual counseling sessions to facilitate self-exploration and emotional expression, helping clients understand and manage their experiences more effectively.

• Advocate for clients by collaborating with external providers and community services to ensure a holistic approach to their mental health care.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical observations and client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
