Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health statuses, analyzing their unique challenges and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific circumstances.

• Administer individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session addresses the client's evolving needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, utilizing their feedback to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide flexible teletherapy services, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to meet ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health records (EHRs) system.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities, enhancing your clinical skills and remaining current with emerging practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is primarily comprised of adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and fostering resilience in this demographic, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency in telehealth modalities and experience working with adolescents and young adults preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate technologies such as Google Suite and EHR systems effectively.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication abilities, along with a professional demeanor at all times.

• An empathetic approach to patient engagement, demonstrating warm relational skills that foster trust and connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with our specific evidence-based frameworks known as care pathways, and a willingness to participate in related training.

• Experience implementing therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.

• Attractive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , contingent on experience and caseload management.
