Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing our telehealth platform.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns, progress monitoring, and necessary adjustments within an evidence-based practice framework.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing various modalities—cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more—adapted to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and administrative staff, to provide integrated care.

• Document all sessions accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and ongoing compliance with state regulations.

Your role will include working with a diverse client population that may consist of individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Mandatory completion of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 – 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• A generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for newly hired counselors.

• Eligible full-time counselors can receive a healthcare stipend after meeting specified requirements.

• A first client sign-on bonus is available, rewarding all newly approved full-time or part-time counselors.
