Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress throughout their treatment journey, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Deliver teletherapy services, a crucial option for clients facing accessibility challenges, while maintaining an engaging and supportive virtual presence.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all client information is accurate and secure.

• Engage in continual professional development activities, such as training in our evidence-based care pathways, to expand clinical skills and integrate the latest best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing mental health counseling services to adolescents and young adults who may be facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is essential.

• Advanced proficiency in using technology, particularly with Google suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

Preferred Experience\n
