This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location within the United States. You will engage with clients through telehealth services, where you will conduct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and maintain essential communication—all aimed at fostering better mental health outcomes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions focused on evidence-based practices tailored to individual participant needs.

• Regularly monitor and document participant progress, providing thoughtful follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations.

• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team to address participants’ needs, assisting them in accessing additional resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Assess and respond promptly to high-risk situations requiring immediate intervention, adhering strictly to company protocols for safety.

• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and organizational Town Halls to promote a cohesive and informed workforce.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Privacy & Security regulations, ensuring compliance with annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients seeking mental health support, ranging from those coping with anxiety and depression to individuals addressing trauma and relationship challenges. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will empower clients to focus on building actionable skills and long-lasting, positive habits through structured, evidence-based therapy techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule providing care 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
