Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide ethical, evidence-based individual mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a full license to practice independently as a mental health counselor, including one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a caring and sympathetic demeanor.

• Strong proficiency in using technology and various digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings or a background working with similar patient populations. Familiarity with digital mental health tools and client management systems can enhance your ability to excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your work hours and experience level. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus as well as weekly direct deposit for your convenience. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
