Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients facing substance use challenges, formulating individualized care plans based on detailed insights.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive integrated, patient-first care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and veterans who are confronting substance use disorders. Our patients often deal with complex mental health issues that require a compassionate, understanding approach to treatment. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through the recovery process, addressing both immediate mental health needs and underlying issues effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders along with evidence-based treatment modalities tailored for addiction recovery.

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy contexts, particularly focusing on addiction treatment.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills coupled with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to client care and family interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually for this full-time role.
