Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, resilience, and coping strategies tailored to each patient's narrative.

• Delivering evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address complex trauma and PTSD.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding patients in processing trauma, enhancing coping mechanisms, and fostering community support.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Providing crisis intervention to individuals exhibiting acute trauma responses, offering immediate support and resources.

• Educating patients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources available to them.

• Maintaining precise, confidential documentation that complies with legal regulations and ethical standards, supporting ongoing care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically focusing on those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid state-issued license as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, preferred to be post-licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
