Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that caters to both you and our clients. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. As a telehealth provider, you will leverage technology to connect with clients effectively, utilizing our state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and challenges, setting the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient backgrounds and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on developing coping strategies, resilience, and emotional regulation skills.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s treatment are effectively coordinated.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
