Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately determine clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based and solution-focused strategies.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client challenges and foster healing.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to provide holistic care and participate in ongoing case review meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources to empower informed decisions.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
