Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct mental health services, including individual and group therapy sessions that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive. Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), contingency management, and motivational interviewing.

• Develop, implement, and continually update comprehensive treatment plans for each client, ensuring compliance with state regulations and contractual obligations.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate care level and interventions required, including behavioral health screening and crisis assessments.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular meetings to review client cases, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and stabilizing their mental health status.

• Document client interactions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and fostering trust with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your approach to resonate with each individual's specific background and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• You must hold an active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC and be in compliance with all state regulations and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing mental health services, including direct crisis management experience.
\n
• A solid understanding of psychological theories, personality development, and abnormal behaviors that inform effective therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
