Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients individually through secure video chat sessions, focusing on enhancing their mental health and overall well-being.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering insight and understanding.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining clear goals and objectives for their therapy journey.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and utilize your clinical expertise to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize solution-focused approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals facing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a current, valid license to practice independently in the state, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Please indicate your license and licensed state in your application.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions should be present on your record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on hours worked and demonstrated experience. Additional benefits include:
